Weekly Racing Series announces

$50-$100k in Contingency Funds for 2008

 

 

Apple Grove, WV. January 24, 2008~

As the start of racing season fast approaches, the Suddenlink AMRA King of the Mountains Weekly Racing Series is proud to announce a Contingency Program worth from $50-100k from name brand sponsors.  The program will be available to all KoM WRS members competing at sanctioned tracks. 

 

Each KOM member will be receiving an enrollment form for the program.  Each team will mark any products currently used on the car, hauler or any other vehicle and return to KoM.  We will then issue a decal packet with decals from all sponsors that the team uses.  Each KoM member participating in the program will be required to run those decals to be eligible.  At the end of the season a minimum of the top 30 KoM members will receive $25-$50 certificates from ALL of the sponsors they display.  An example would be 10 decals x $25 would be $250 in certificates. 

 

This program being unveiled by KoM director Rocky Estep and Finance Director Shon Parsons is in addition to a point fund that continues to grow for 2008.  The KoM team continues to build a solid foundation for payouts in 2008 and beyond.  As part of the Suddenlink AMRA King of the Mountains Weekly Racing Series Contingency agreement, sanctioned tracks will have the ability to join a similar program at discount prices.
